Building Products a small wholesale distributor based in Sacramento with

The name is changed to American Building Supply (ABS). A
fleet of trucks and an overnight loading program are put into place. Next
day delivery is offered from the start. ABS is immediately successful in
Northern California. American Building Supply sets a new standard for
service. |

American Building Supply opens the Los Angeles Distribution
Center. ABS seeks out the best people the industry has to offer to build
its team. Rapid growth continues and competitors continue to shrink,
unable to match ABS service level. |

American Door Manufacturing is born in a 60,000 square foot
facility in Stockton, California. Flush residential and commercial doors
are manufactured at this location over the next 6 years. |

| 1995 |
American Building Supply has grown to be the largest
wholesale door supplier in the west. In ten years ABS has grown from $3
million to over $100 million in annual sales. ABS has forged close
relationships with the largest and most sought after manufactures in the
country. American Door moves to a 150,000 square foot facility. 75% of all
new Las Vegas hotels are supplied with doors manufactured at this
plant. |

ABS Manufacturing is started and opens an 110,000 square
foot facility in Sacramento to manufacture the Infinity, Encore, and
Ovation Door Products as well as radius top door and frame lines. This
product quickly becomes the door of choice for many nationally recognized
hotels in the hospitality industry. . |

American Building Supply opens the Denver, Colorado Branch.
Growth in the home center industry drives this facility to rapid
success. |

| 2001 |
ABS Los Angeles Distribution center moves into a new
240,000 square foot state of the art facility. This facility allows for
even greater growth and efficiency. |

| 2003 |
American Building Supply continues to add to its
manufacturing capability. By 2003, ABS manufactures mirror wardrobe doors,
pocket door frames, and fabricates commercial steel door frames. New
product innovations and development continue every day. |

ABS opened its fourth Distribution Center - a 70,000 square
foot facility in Auburn Washington. ABS adds to its manufacturing
capability by producing mirror wardrobe doors, pocket door frames, and
prehung doors. |

| 2004 |
ABS adds another 279,000 square foot distribution facility
in Sacramento. Corporate offices are consolidated to one building in
Sacramento. |

| 2005 |
ABS opens a new 115,000 square foot facility in Los Angeles
to handle residential doors demand. |

American Building Supply has over 1,000 employees and
$300,000,000 million in annual sales. ABS owns and operates 64 trucks and
5 distribution facilities.
